    A grounding, feminine-forward flow designed to bring you into your hips, heart, breath, and inner rhythm.

    2) Meditation + Nervous System Reset
    Breath + meditation to quiet the internal noise and strengthen your ability to respond, not react.

    3) Guided Journaling + Reflection Prompts
    Journaling that gets under the surface and into what’s real, without turning into a “think harder” exercise.

    4) Interactive Small Group Experience
    This is where insight becomes integration: gentle discussion prompts, partner reflection, and supportive witnessing in a safe container.

    5) Take-Home Support (Optional Pre-Event Library)
    When you register, you’ll receive access to optional pre-recorded practices: meditations, movement, and PDF guides. Do them before the event if you want, or keep them as ongoing resources afterward.
