Agni is the Sanskrit word for fire—the ancient symbol of transformation.

For years, I looked like I had it all together on the outside — but internally, I felt disconnected from my body, my purpose, and a deeper sense of meaning.

After nearly two decades in corporate leadership, I began to recognize what so many driven, high-performing people experience:

My path shifted when I turned inward.

Agni is not just about practicing yoga.
