I’m Amanda, founder of Agni Wellness Collective.
For years, I looked like I had it all together on the outside — but internally, I felt disconnected from my body, my purpose, and a deeper sense of meaning.
After nearly two decades in corporate leadership, I began to recognize what so many driven, high-performing people experience:
a constant mental loop, underlying stress, and a quiet feeling of being out of alignment with who we truly are.
My path shifted when I turned inward.
Through ancient yogic practices — breathwork, movement, meditation, and mantra — I began to regulate my nervous system, reconnect to my body, and rediscover a sense of clarity, purpose, and inner steadiness.
Now, I guide others through that same process.
