What is Agni?

Agni (pronounced UHG-nee) is the Sanskrit word for fire—the ancient symbol of transformation.
It’s the inner spark that burns away limits, fuels resilience, and ignites clarity.

I’m Amanda Cho, founder of Agni Wellness Collective. After two decades in corporate leadership, I stepped into my true path—guiding individuals and organizations to break through limits, ignite their inner fire, and lead with clarity and purpose. Blending yoga, breathwork, coaching, and science-backed practices, I help people transform from the inside out.
